An Experience of Connection: Deep Release & Grounding

Start your New Year with a unique opportunity for presence and peace. This 2-hour workshop is an invitation to explore the profound benefits of supportive touch and co-regulation. Rather than a technical class, this is an exploration of relationship. You will partner up to experience the healing power of giving and receiving grounding assists, creating a shared space where both partners feel nurtured, safe, and spacious

What You Will Experience:

  • The Art of Connection: Move beyond simple techniques to discover how a grounded, steady presence can soothe and ease a partner into deep relaxation

  • The Gift of Deep Release: Experience the rare opportunity to be the receiver, allowing your body to find space and ease through supported stretching that goes beyond a typical self-practice.

  • Mindful Presence: Develop a deeper awareness of self and other, learning to anchor and centre yourself first, so you can truly support and hold space for another.

  • Harmonious Communication: Hone your ability to listen to both verbal and non-verbal cues, working in physical and energetic harmony.

  • Take-Home Support: Everyone will receive a beautifully guided booklet on the Pillars of Assists. This guide ensures you can carry the feeling of grounding and the principles of supportive touch home with you.

Investment: £35 per person. You do not need to come with a partner, you can be paired up with someone on the day.

Who is this for? This workshop is for everyone. It is a space for friends, family members, or individuals to connect through the expression of yoga. No prior yoga or assisting experience is necessary; all that is required is an open heart and a willingness to be present.
